I'm really excited to finally reveal that I'm going to be opening my very own tea lounge in Shrewsbury Town Centre!!
I've got a lot of work to do before I can open, but I'm hoping to be able to welcome you for tea, cake, afternoon tea (or just a nosey) in early October - eek!!

Hellooooo!!
Firstly, apologies for being so quiet on here. There have been lots of things going on that have taken my time and energy away from my cakes.
However, I've recently made a couple of cakes and I've remembered to share them with you.
A 3 layer chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered with red fondant, M&Ms and handmade lego decorations to my young customers request.
Next is a 3 layer chocolate overload cake filled and covered with chocolate buttercream and all my customers favourite chocolates.
We also have some exciting plans in the pipeline and will share more with you in the coming weeks 😊

So for young lady Ls birthday the request was for a biscoff pie and white chocolate cake.
The 6" sponge was 4 layers of vanilla sponge filled and covered with white chocolate buttercream, with a milk chocolate drip and a mixture of white chocolate goodies.
The cookie was 8" of white chocolate cookie dough filled with biscoff spread, biscoff sandwich biscuits and broken biscoff biscuits.
Both of these can be ordered and I'm happy to vary flavour combinations to suit you. Delivery or collection local to Shrewsbury at no extra cost.

Helloooo!!
Just dropping by to show you another little creation - vegan sponges. I did some mini sponges with a raspberry jam filling, swirl of vegan buttercream and fresh raspberries on the top, as well as cupcakes with a swirl of vegan buttercream and fresh raspberries.
My official taste testers gave some very positive feedback and I'm going to work on a variety of flavours - next up is lemon meringue!!
It was also really useful to see that they stay fresh for at least 4 days kept covered in a cool place.
I would love to create some tasty sweet treats for you and I'm working on some special offers for those of you who would like a midweek treat, as well as a discount on orders for celebration cakes. Watch this space for further details.

Another little baking session today trying something new and a bit different - cookie cups.
Mini egg cookie dough made into a little cup, a swirl of vanilla buttercream and finished with sprinkles and mini eggs 😋

I've truly just done the most terrifying thing - gone live in a group of fabulous entrepreneurs! My imposter syndrome was off the scale and that monkey was sat on my shoulder telling me that nobody would be interested in what I was saying, but, I DID IT!!!!!!! Need a cup of tea to calm myself down though 😳😳
This girl was my reminder of the reasons I'm working hard on my business ❤

Hello everyone!
I must apologise for being very quiet recently, there's been a lot going on, but I also didn't realise that I hadn't properly shared my recent bakes, so better late than never 😳

First up we have a new (to me) concept - the cookienut! A doughnut shaped vanilla cookie filled with crushed mini eggs, dipped in white chocolate and decorated with chocolate sprinkles and mini eggs.

Second, we have some shortbread biscuits - orange flavour and white chocolate flavour, that were our latest postal experiment!! Only one breakage, so I need to rethink the cushioning in the box without making the box any bigger 🤔

If you would like to order any cakes, cookies, biscuits or other goodies, please just DM me and I'll create something yummy.
