Hot Cross Buns.. some say the best in the shire.. we let you be the judge.

Made with our brioche dough, amaretto soaked mixed fruit, mixed spice with touch of extra cinnamon and nutmeg all brushed over post bake with a vanilla sugar glaze.

Best eaten with a big spread of butter and flaked sea salt or a strong slice of cheddar.

If you need to toast it then keep an eye on it as the brioche dough will catch you off guard

Once the little All-Butter Croissant comes of age, he goes into the wild, gets sloshed in vanilla syrup, stuffs himself full of almond cream, and then goes partying in a hot oven for another dance. Afterwards, he sprinkles some icing sugar over himself to hide all the sins of the hot oven.
