My food hygiene inspection experience as a home baker! 👩🏼‍🍳🍰📑🌟

A few things I missed out:
🎀 She checked that my cleaning products complied with the British Standards BS EN 1276 or BS EN 13697.
🎀 She checked that all my ingredients had opened dates & use-by dates.
🎀 She checked my fridge thermometer and that my temperature log book was up to date.
