Ingredients:
200g Greek yoghurt
60g Greek feta, roughly chopped
Finely grated zest and juice of 2 limes
½ bunch fresh coriander
1 clove garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
A generous pinch of red chilli flakes (optional)
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
Method:
Add the Greek yoghurt, Greek feta and coriander to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the lime zest and juice, garlic, red chilli flakes, olive oil and water, then blend again until fully combined and smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add a little extra water, a tablespoon at a time, blending between additions, until you reach your desired consistency.
