Finally the Sun is out, what a joy! To celebrate I would recommend the most simple and delicious recipe, Lemon Curd Ice Cream on top of any of our Brownies is a taste sensation.
There are many recipes, however I really enjoy the simplicity of two ingredients, Lemon Curd and Crème Fraiche. Use exactly the same amounts of each, mix together and freeze. When frozen slightly warm your Brownie and garnish with the Ice Cream. Summer on a plate.

Opened in 1914, Bradfords Alhambra Theatre took it's name from an association with the Moorish splendour of the Alhambra palace in Granada, Spain and it never fails to deliver. Such a beautiful building, inside and out..
And if that's not impressive enough, you can now take in a show whilst eating one of Britain's Best Brownies (Delicious Magazine).

They currently have our Classic Belgian, Salted Caramel, Valencian Orange and Toasted Hazelnut Butter in stock, there's also our new Classic Vegan, this Brownie is suitable for almost everyone with Food allergies. Inclusive or what?

I love this shop, such a brilliant selection of beautiful products, which I'm now very pleased to announce include our Classic Belgian Brownie and this very Toasted Hazelnut Butter. Like all things Wood's we make everything from scratch, slow roast Hazelnuts, blitzed into butter, with Hazelnut Syrup, garnished with Toasted Hazelnuts. Simply divine. However you may want to get there fast to avoid disappointment.

I'm delighted to announce, We are back!!

First of all, Thank you all so much for your continued support and kind messages through out the last year. As some of you know it was a rough year personally which affected my ability to keep the business running, and for that I thank you all for your patience.

However, we are back and better than ever, now with our new bakery up and running in Bradford, we are now able to scale up our operations whilst still retaining the quality of our Award Winning Hand Crafted Artisanal Brownies, and reopen our online shop. All our hearts and souls, hopes and dreams are now focussed on delivering Britain's Best Brownies to you and yours.

I've always been of the belief that we, as chefs create and bake love, ours is in the form of a Belgian Brownie, that is what it's all about, that delightful sense of bliss you get after every bite of a Wood's Brownie Co Brownie.

We are super excited to be developing new flavours both in our Vegetarian and also our new allergen free Vegan range.
