Hey all- launching our 1st little eve @ the bakery , an evening in conversation with a butcher, a pollinator and a baker! Engage with those involved in small scale food networks and share our passion for keeping the web of British food alive during this decimation of our world that we all abide.
I will have a give away tomorrow and a set of discounted tickets to sort out, but thought I’d pre empt it first!

The Bakery will be open so I’ll give as many people a chance to come and look inside the ovens as possible, and we have a couple special batches of sourdough‘s ready to come out during our supper.

My summer season is over in a couple weeks , so I’ll be all relaxed and ready to welcome you. Not moody and shuffling around the yard like I normally am from about Easter till harvest. 😂🙄

For Anyone worried about the future of baking, this was sent to me by Mr Eli Oxford, 3 days after his 14th birthday. White cobs he moulded , scored and baked Tuesday night. 👌🏿🤩💯

Hard work in the bakery it is- but in the shops, demand is high and the ability to keep smiling for each and every request is very admirable. We probably do around half a million transactions a year, so imagine having to get it right every time. The team in each part of Dorset knows , I hope, how much I think of them, and how proud I am to be a part of it all. Which is why I try and invite myself to all their Christmas parties. We don’t celebrate our achievements anywhere near enough . I will work on that I think 🥰🥳😎
