If there’s a job to be done, Emma’s already got her hands in it! Nothing is off-limits and no challenge is too big (or too messy).

Chief Giggle Officer? Absolutely. Emma can make anyone laugh, even on the grumpiest of days.

And her favourite workstation? Not a desk, not an office… it’s the sink! 🚰 Whether she’s washing, scrubbing, or simply holding court, that’s where you’ll usually find her.

Meet Dawn- assistant manager and salad bar legend. Whether she’s keeping the salad bar stocked, making the customers laugh or checking we have the stock- Dawn does it all with a smile.

She’s fast and friendly and somehow always knows exactly when the tomatoes are running low.🍅

Meet Grandma Linda — our part-time pot washer, full-time mother hen of the sandwich shop. ❤️☕

You walk into the kitchen looking for clean dishes and find the Head of National Sink Operations already on shift. 🫧

She’s here twice a week keeping the kitchen running, making sure everyone’s fed, watered, and behaving themselves… or at least attempting to. As long as she’s got a coffee in hand, she’s happy.

Behind every successful sandwich shop is a woman in pink gloves silently judging your washing-up skills and keeping the whole place together. 😂🍽️
