Hey everyone,

I never thought I’d be writing/posting something like this but unfortunately here I am.

I recently lost someone very important and special to me and whilst I am processing and dealing with my grief, I know I’m not in the right head space to continue with business at the moment and I have felt bad turning down several orders this week as I won’t be able to give my clients my best.

Please understand that this is not a permanent closure and I will still be working on all pre-booked orders for events.

For the past few months I have been teaching myself and practicing different mediums of decorating my cakes - I started using ganache and fondant.

I always found ganache & fondant to be a bit intimidating and challenging 😂. However something in me wanted to learn more about it and want to be able to use them.

This is a challenge that I set myself and I have really enjoyed it and will be using more of both ganache & fondant.

The pictures are from my first trials. Still practicing to make perfect.
