Literally dreaming about this one 😍🍊🍋

Chocolate Orange is my all-time favourite flavour, and these brownies are going to be STUFFED with chocolate orange spread, plus plenty of Terry's Chocolate Orange chunks both inside and on top 🤤🍫🍊

I'm genuinely considering making a whole batch just for myself at this point 😆

And as for the blondies... I've finally perfected them, and they're now a very close second to my beloved brownies 👀🤎

Soft vanilla blondie, swirled with tangy lemon curd and topped with white chocolate and meringue pieces... the perfect summer combo 💛☀️

🍫🤎 I literally pride myself on the texture of my brownies. 🤎🍫

A dry, crumbly brownie is absolutely not it!!!! And will never be it at Bailey Girls ❤️

Brownies are what started all of this for me. I've made them for work events, family parties, birthdays and now for you lovely lot too 🥹

I love when somebody takes that first bite and gets that instant "wow" moment... that rich, fudgy, melt-in-the-mouth texture that makes you go straight back for another piece 😆🤎

Because let's be honest... if you're going to have a brownie, it should be worth every single calorie 🍫✨

✨ The Bailey Girls Bakery is officially here! ✨

🏡 Cake shed coming to Kimberworth - aiming for a November 2026 opening!
🍪 Bake boxes, brownies, blondies, NYC cookies and sweet treats
🤎 Facials aren't gone forever - I'm hoping to bring them back from home in the future when I have the space for a treatment room again 🧖‍♀️

Now for the story behind the change...

What started as facials, skincare and a few brownie boxes has slowly grown into something I never expected. Over the last few months I've completely fallen in love with baking, and it's become clear where my heart really is.

So it felt like the perfect time to give the business a fresh start and a new identity.

After spending the last few days making fondant sea creatures at 4am, colouring endless bowls of blue buttercream, crying at least twice, and rescuing said sea creatures after Darcie pulled them all off onto the floor... I've come to a conclusion 🤣

Cake baking is NOT for me 🫠😆

Huge respect to those of you who make celebration cakes every week because it is definitely not for the weak 😮‍💨

Give me brownies, blondies and chunky cookies any day of the week 🍫🍪🤎

Now if anyone needs me, I'll be recovering from buttercream-induced trauma and counting down until I'm back in my comfort zone 😆🤎
