My daughter requested a Bogtrotter special for her 10th birthday.
Aka The Matilda Cake, a moist chocolate cake filled with a fudgey chocolate ganache. Finished with more fudgy chocolate and sprinkles cos a girly loves sprinkles!

I love making cookies and I'm going to say this is soo good and im not even a biscoff fan.

If you like chunky cookies with a core of biscoff filling, chocolate chips and finished with a biscoff biscuit, this one is for you. Nom nom nom!

An OG of a loaf cake. A classic Banana Bread. Its squidgy, its moist, and it is definitely jam packed with sweet ripened Bananas. Serves 10.

Pumpkin spiced loaf cake.

Ive started trialing recipes for the year ahead. Including family sized loaf cakes. They serves at least 10 hefty slices so enough for all the family.

Today was a cold day and I wanted something warming. So I made a delicious Pumpkin spiced loaf cake with notes of ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Finished with a delicate vanilla glazes to give it that bit of crunch.

The only problem when you are trialing a new recipe for Cookies and cream NYC style cookies. Someone has to eat them. Oh well might as well be me!

99 problems but cookies ain't one of them.
