Final week opening hours!

I had planned on opening today but I'm afraid I'm unable to now. I am busy baking up a storm ready for the rest of the week! Lots of favourites will be on the menu. I'll post each day what I have in if there's anything specific you're looking forward to 🙂💕

Just wanted to pop on and say a massive thank you for all the lovely messages and comments I've had over the last couple of days. It's really meant a lot to know that I'll be missed and how much you've appreciated my cakes over the years ❤️ I have loved making them! I'll be open Tuesday to Saturday next week with an array of favourite bakes! Will post exact times soon.

In the meantime I'm closing early today and I'll be closed tomorrow as we are taking our daughter off to uni!

After 3 wonderful years on Abbey Lane, and 10 years overall on this crazy cake journey, I've made the very tough decision to close Baked 28 and move on to pastures new. It's been an incredibly hard decision to make but I feel that now is the right time for a new chapter.

I've absolutely loved being part of the Woodseats community again. Every cake ordered, bake bought, coffee made and conversation shared has genuinely meant the world to me. I will be forever grateful to all my lovely customers who have supported my little business and kept this sweet and sugary dream alive for so long.

My last day open will be Saturday 26th September, and I really hope you'll pop in before then for some sweet treats and a chat (because let's face it, I do like a chat 😂)

Bonjour! Back open after a lovely 2 weeks in beautiful France.

Mini pavlova are on the counter this week and flying out! Homemade meringue, fresh whipped cream, fresh berries and a homemade coulis. Yum!

Victoria Sponge and fruit scones for the classics. Brownies, blondies, cookies and school cake all fresh out of the kitchen too 😋

I am now closed for our summer holiday ☀️A bit of rest and relaxation to recharge the baking batteries and I'll be ready...
