We chose to specialise in gluten free after our owner/chef became coeliac several years ago — and we know first-hand how hard it can be to find proper, safe, delicious gluten free food.
That’s why everything is created with care, flavour and coeliacs in mind.
All our homemade goodies — cakes, sweet treats, sausage rolls, pasties, quiche and more — are made by the wonderful Ginger Bakers.

Our cheesecakes have become incredibly popular — and it’s easy to see why!

Each one is made with a delicious baked digestive biscuit base, topped with a very light and fluffy whipped Longley Farm cream cheese blended with fresh cream for that perfectly smooth finish.

We’ve also seen a huge increase in demand since many larger supermarket chains have stopped offering gluten-free cheesecakes — and we’re proud to continue providing beautiful, homemade GF options.

📣 GINGER BAKERS REINTRODUCTION 📣

Ginger Bakers was created by a long-time chef after he was diagnosed as coeliac.

Having always loved his desserts, he quickly realised just how many of his old favourites he could no longer enjoy — and how difficult they were to find done properly gluten free. So he set himself a challenge… to recreate those much-missed classics without compromising on taste or quality. 👨🏻‍🍳✨

What started with sweet treats soon expanded into savoury favourites too, including:
🥐 Sausage Rolls
🧀 Cheese & Onion Rolls
🥧 Quiche
🥟 Pasties
🥩 Steak Pies

At present, Ginger Bakers supplies whole cakes, perfect for celebrations, family gatherings, or simply treating yourselves 🎂🎉

While we don’t currently offer piped cake decoration due to time constraints, with enough notice we’re more than happy to source toppers or decorations to help make your cake extra special.

Things are evolving quickly behind the scenes, and we’re always looking at new ideas 👀✨
