Last 24 hours if you want a brownie box (plus hot chocolate bomb) in time for Christmas. Lunch time tomorrow (Monday) is the cut off because that's when I'm picking up my chocolate order.
I've not made my final decisions on flavours yet either so if there's something you particularly want then there's a good chance you'll get it if you ask me :)

Wow this whole year, December in particular, has really gotten away from me. Due to my complete lack of organisation, and how busy everything seems to be at the moment, there will be a slight change to the Christmas boxes this year. ..
It's going to be the most chocolatey box ever!
This year is going to be a brownie selection box, featuring 4 flavours of chocolate brownie, brownie Yule log slice and hot chocolate bomb. Small boxes will get 1 of each thing and large boxes will get 2.
Small boxes £13 and large boxes £24.

You've got 1 week so drop me a message if you want one. As always pick up will be S10 or S20, on either the 22nd or 23rd (just let me know a time) or delivery for £4 on the 23rd.

Some baking just for fun today and Niko got the most important job. He was covered in chocolate after this, luckily we'd finished making the nests first otherwise I think he'd have eaten it all 😆

Somehow the fact that it's nearly Easter has slipped by me this year. If anyone still needs any Easter treats I'm taking orders for chocolate scotch eggs until Wednesday 5th for delivery/collection Friday 7th anytime or Saturday 8th morning.

These are a creme egg, encased in chocolate brownie and rolled in a mix of cinder toffee (honeycomb) and ginger biscuit crumbs.
£3.50 each or 4 for £12

Collection is free or delivery is £4 within Sheffield and Rotherham

Wow I have managed to let December get away from me this year. If anyone is scatterbrained like me (or doesn't want to rely on the post getting Christmas presents here in time) I'm back with Christmas treat boxes.

As usual a large and a small box option, £23 for a big box £12 for a small. Big one will have 2 Christmas cupcakes, 2 gingerbread cottages, 2 rocky road Christmas puddings, 2 chocolate brownie Christmas trees 1 chocolate orange flavour and 1 mince pie flavour and 2 hot chocolate bombs. Small will be 1 of each (brownie flavour will be a surprise)
Order by 18th December, collection from S10 or S20 on 23rd. I can deliver within Sheffield on 23rd for £5

So now that wedding cakes aren't taking up space in my brain anymore I've finally remembered I was going to do something for Pride month.
As you all know I love creating cupcake bouquets so I thought how about some Pride bouquets.
All orders this month will have 10% donated to SAYiT a charity supporting LGBTQ+ young people and their parents/carers....and any cupcake bouquets themed around one of the Pride flags will have 20% donated

This weekend I had the joy of attending the beautiful wedding of one of my friends. It was a fabulous day and I danced my feet off in the evening. I also had the honour of making their wedding cake. Colours for the wedding were lovely purples and blues so I took the opportunity to have a play with making some flowers from wafer paper. As they wanted a cascade down the side wafer paper was the perfect choice, it weighs so little that you don't have to be concerned at all about how the cake structure will hold it (which can sometimes be a risk with lots of sugar flowers).
This is a 10 inch rhubarb and custard on the bottom, 8 inch chocolate orange cake in the middle and 6 inch lemon and blueberry cake on the top.

I've finally remembered to add this one. Lemon drizzle cake my friend ordered for her mum's birthday. Lemon drizzle sponge filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream.
The brief was flowers, blues and purples. I added a yellow drip for some contrast.

Hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday. We've ended up with a jam packed one this time multiple barbeques and we're off to a gig in Manchester tonight. Yesterday's BBQ seemed to call for some last minute brownies to share so I made some with mini fudge bars in.
Gaz wants everyone to know he cut it up and artfully arranged it.

Bouquet I did recently with some nice summery colours.
I don't think I ever get bored of piping buttercream flowers (do get hand cramp after a while though 😆)

Hope everyone had a lovely sunshine filled Easter weekend. I mostly spent the weekend dashing about on egg hunts with the small one but I did make sure I got some time to enjoy the scotch egg I had kept for myself. Easter chocolate is not just for the kids!
