From the baking of the cake to making the decorations everything is hand made by Jax herself. All sponge cakes are made within a few

days of collection. Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes is registered with Torridge District Council with a 5 star food hygiene rating and fully insured. Jax has a Food Hygiene certificate, Allergy Food Training, an Award in Level 1 Cake Decorating and an Award in Level 1 Sugar Flowers. I have a portacabin in which my kitchen is based and is solely used for cake and bakes. Cupcakes
Cupcake orders over 24 cupcakes can have multiple flavours (amount of flavours depends on how many cupcakes ordered)
Different coloured butter cream and cupcake cases/ wrappers are available on request otherwise white cupcake cases are used. Minimum order of 6, must be ordered in multiples of 6. These are handcrafted sugar flowers, made petal by petal to create a design that can be enjoyed long after the wedding day.

For this wedding at , a semi-naked finish paired with soft pink and burgundy fresh flowers created a relaxed, elegant look that perfectly suited the coastal setting.
The flowers were supplied by and arranged on the cake to complement the overall design.
