Wow working a 14 hr day is not for the weak...im shattered but worth it for the lovely 2 events I've had on today.
This morning I catered for a remembrance get together for Richard Phillip who we sadly lost early this year. I have known him and his amazing wife Stephanie Phillip since I was a little girl in Long Preston. In later years he was involved in Settle Amatuer Operatic society, I'm sure there will of been alot of singing & reminiscing this afternoon.
My second do was in Horton in Ribblesdale provided jacket potatoes and brownies for the nearly 100 people who were raising money for the amazing Yorkshire Cancer Research. It was lovely to be part of it, they will certainly all sleep well tonight.
So I have single handedly fed 170 people today....a lie in is earned tomorrow morning 💤💤

Happy Yorkshire day !!! Today is the day to.be having a home made straight out of the oven scallywag and a block of delicious fudge.
All the shops on this part of duke street are open but yet again we are disrupted by the gas men digging the road up..it drastically affects our footfall as people don't walk past all the racket and can't see past all the bollards.
Open till 3 today..have a lovely weekend.
