What was your favourite childhood dessert? 🍰🍌🍓

My favourite has got to be the Old School Sprinkle Cake! Vanilla sponge, traditional icing and rainbow sprinkles on top 🧁

I don’t actually offer traybake cakes, however when this lovely customer gave me a call and said this is all her husband would want on his birthday, I simply couldn’t say no! 🥥

This is 10”x14” vanilla sponge, topped with a generous layer of raspberry jam and sprinkled with lots of desiccated coconut 😍

Trust me when I say, once I had finished with this cake it looked like it had snowed all over my kitchen 🫣
It was far from my usual, clean decorating process- that’s for sure 🤭

I actually used to hate drip cakes but a chocolate overload cake just hits different 🤭

This is a 3 layer chocolate fudge cake, filled with milk chocolate ganache and topped with all your favourite chocolates 🤤🍫

I make so many cakes per week that I’m about 2 months behind on posting, but I just had to bump this one up to be posted straight away because I couldn’t wait to show you!! 🤎

Without a doubt, the prettiest, most elegant cake I have ever created 🫶🏼

This is a 1st birthday cake for the daughter of one of my lovely regular customers so I was honoured to create this for her 💕

I’ve watched this video a hundred times and still can’t get over how pretty she isss 😍
