Choose your fighter!

Garlic Bread Focaccia: I introduced this a few weeks ago and it soon became one of my best sellers. As bake off this week featured a garlic bread signature, I of course had to bring it back. Garlic is definitely the hero of this bake

Pesto Focaccia: the pesto is folded through the dough and dimpled on top. Perfect for sandwiches or to dunk in soup. Or just to tear into.

Chocolate and Hazelnut Focaccia: who doesn't love a Nutella sandwich? Here we have chocolate and hazelnut spread rippled through the focaccia, which is then topped with hazelnuts, chocolate chunks and more chocolate and hazelnut spread. Enjoy as it or warmed for a few seconds in the microwave or a few minutes in the oven.

Plus we have lots of brownies and cakes still available.

Menu drop for this weekend. Baking along with bread week, I will be bringing back the Garlic Bread Focaccia, along with Pesto Focaccia and a sweet Focaccia layered with Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread and topped with chopped hazelnuts.

Each week I like to feature my favourite bake and this week it was a real toss up between these two.

Stroopwafel brownies have been on my to bake list for ages. They have delicious caramel Stroopwafels stuffed inside and packed on top of the brownie offering a lovely chew.

But then, I am a sucker for peanut butter and so these Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies may just be my winner this week. Chocolate brownie topped with peanut butter fudge and chocolate ganache. Think a giant Reeces peanut butter cup, but on a brownie!

Minature Chocolate Cake with Blackberry Buttercream and Carrot Cake with a Cream Cheese flavoured Buttercream for my daughter's fairy tea party. Plus some cinnamon sugar puff pastry stars and forest creatures and meringue mushrooms. All made without eggs or dairy.

Opening dates for October. We will be opening again on Saturdays and Sundays throughout October.

Please note that on Halloween this year, I will be open on Saturday morning from 9am, but will close at 4pm when trick or treating starts. I'm excited to bring you lots of Halloween themed treats as well as your usual favourites.

Let me know if there is anything you would like to see in the Shed this month. I have a bit of a list of requests that I am working through, but I really love to hear what you guys want and honestly I love the challenge of coming up with new things that perhaps I have never made or considered before.

The carrot cake went so quickly yesterday that I whipped up another batch. Today's version has a crumble topping rather than the buttercream. Let me know which you prefer.

I had 9 teenagers tell me that this was the best fococcia they had ever had. Garlic Bread Focaccia is back in the Shed this weekend. And as a rare treat, it is available for your Saturday night. So ditch domino's and grab a slice of this. Warm it for a few minutes in the oven or 30 seconds in the microwave. Enjoy!
