Autumn dates are now all live friends! :)

Choose from Laminated Dough for Beginners (read yummy croissants!) or our much requested Gluten Free Baking Day (read actual crusty bread!!)

Our first 2 courses of Summer/ Autumn 2026 are ready to go live at the weekend (squeal!)

Laminated Dough Workshop

Master the art of the croissant! We will cover enriched doughs, lamination and the perfect prove- during the day we will make Croissants, Pain au Chocolat and our famous Cheddar Marmites

Gluten Free Baking

No more overpriced bricks!! In this full day we will cover a crusty farmhouse loaf, pastries and our much loved Chocolate fleur de sal cookies 🍪

Family style lunch and all refreshments included

Yapping and delicious treats to take home guaranteed ###

As many of you know, I do love a little adventure... and a holiday fund always helps! 😂✈️

Since finishing my bakery chapter, I’ve been keeping busy working on my next venture, but I’m also offering a small number of Saturday cleaning slots around Seaton, Sidmouth and the surrounding areas 🧽✨

Big Dave has officially sold and winged his way to Southampton :) he's gone to a fabulous microbakery who have promised to refer to him always as Big Dave :)

The bakery is now officially closed

Thank you once again to our wonderful community of bread friends! What started as a financial necessity turned in to something way more special and I am super grateful to you all

Bread friends......sad news :(

As you all know we've been up amd down with our Bakery space and sadly it has now come to the point where Big Dave is being made homeless (he's not taken it well!)

For this reason and because I'm rather tired of arguing with the PWB; TLBC will be ceasing trading immediately.

I want to thank all of you for the support ypu have given to me and my little business over the years. I have truly enjoyed getting to know you all and meeting a little community of wonderful people.

We have had a great run with some some great food- thanks bread friends! ###

I am so happy to have been offered a lovely space in Seaton as this gorgeous town is the OG for us! With that said....footfall can be tricky for all small businesses here so if you want us to stay....please come see us!!
