Here is my last professional cake… I hope Mr & Mrs Micklethwaite had the best day!

Whilst WhatsApp is down, l’ll take the time to post this…

I want to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years. From the customers who’ve commissioned bespoke cakes, to the customers who supported me on my Sunday Market days, to the customers who have bought seasonal boxes, to the customers who kept me sane throughout lockdowns and to people who have liked, shared and interacted with my posts over the years meaning I show up on more people’s pages.

I never really showed just how much work goes in to creating the creations over the years but unfortunately I can’t continue to give the hours needed to making my work great and I don’t want to give anyone a product that isn’t anything but amazing.

I’m not saying I won’t ever come back to baking for others but for the forseeable, the only way you’ll be able to try some of my work is at The Foxhound inn (currently cheesecakes and double decker brownie cornflake tarts) or if I ever find the time to be bored and bake again 🤣🙈

Hi guys and Gals!
It’s been some time since I’ve posted on here. After having a bit of a health scare earlier in the year, I decided to close my order books and just concentrate on myself, my family and the orders I already had in.

I’m now starting to get itchy feet and wondering if I should create treats for Halloween which I know you all love! If I did, what would you like to see? Cupcakes? Stuffed/stacked brownies and traybake platters? A Children’s treat box? Full cakes? Themed Doughnuts??

Or should I just concentrate on my daughters birthday which is actually on Halloween too and I always over work myself 🤣🙈
