I, David, am incredibly grateful to all those customers whose continued support - in the wake of our recent much-deserved negative publicity - is very much appreciated.
To any customer with understandable ongoing concerns I must emphasise that all necessary measures have been implemented to address what was without doubt an isolated although totally unacceptable situation in early 2023. This had unfortunately developed rapidly and I, being the proprietor, am, of course, ultimately responsible.

I am always available via telephone, email and in person in the shop most days to answer any concerns anybody may wish to approach me with.

Although I have had a personal notice displayed in the shop it has been made clear to me that a contribution to this page would be welcome.

Your loyal custom is something we have always valued and never taken for granted and always has and always will be appreciated.
