A New York Style cookie with white chocolate chunks, then a dollop of raspberry jam spread out, and then with a good helping of buttery, golden syrupy cornflakes. Baked until golden and smelling all toasty.

JAMMY WAGON WHEEL COOKIES

These are just so cool. Although I think they should be called monster truck wheels because they're so fat!

Two chocolate cookies, with dark chocolate chunks, sandwiched together with homemade marshmallow fluff and a big dollop of strawberry jam in the centre.

Marshmallow is naturally gluten free, so I thought I'd make the cookies without gluten too. Not like you'd taste the difference, they're that good.

A New York Style cookie rammed with Kinder bar chunks then dipped in melted Kinder bars and finally a sprinkling of chopped Kinder bars. That's a lot of Kinder bars! And a probably me saying Kinder bars too much too.
