PB & DATE COOKIES

A cinnamon spiced New York cookie dough, peanuts and dark chocolate chunks, with a peanut butter stuffed date in the centre. Then half dipped in dark chocolate ganache and a sprinkling of sea salt flakes. Pretty incredible!
