Elegant Black & Gold Creation meets Met Gala Eastwell Manor last Saturday🥂🍰✨️

My latest commision, created for a special 30th Birthday. This was technically challenging, but what a result ✨️✨️

Two tiers, seven layers of decadent and rich fudgy Devil's Food Cake Sponge with a Caramel and Chocolate Buttercream filling. Black Dutch Cacao Buttercream covers the top tier and Chocolate Buttercream covers the bottom tier, painted and dusted with edible Gold Lustre Dust.
Caramilk Chocolate Ganache Drip on the top tier, dusted in Gold Lustre and a 70% Dark Belgian Chocolate Ganache Drip on the bottom tier.
Decorated with handmade Belgian Chocolates, Caramel and Vanilla Meringue Kisses, French Macarons, Honeycomb Chocolate spheres, Chocolate Truffles all covered in edible Gold Lustre Dust ✨️🍫✨️

Cake of the week! I made this beautiful Tiger Cake for a lovely Soul celebrating a very special 60th birthday 🥂

Sumatran Tiger in the Wild 🐅 🌿🌸

Luscious layers of Sicillian Lemon Sponge with a White Chocolate Ganache and freshly made Rasberry Compote filling, covered with a Vanilla Bean Buttercream topped with a gorgeous Sumatran Tiger Icing sheet. Decorated with Buttercream leaves and fresh Carnations 🍋🍶🍰🐅 🌿

Indulgent Chocolate Covered Strawberries & Truffles 🌸

Fresh sweet Strawberries covered in tempered 70.4% Dark Callebaut Belgian Chocolate - Cocoa origin Equador. Decorated with a White Chocolate drizzle and edible Gold flakes 🍓🍫🥂

Rich and decadent Chocolate Truffles made using the same Callebaut Chocolate Callettes with a dash of Brandy. Rolled in Roasted chopped Nuts, Coconut and Cocoa🍫🌰🥥

Sicillian Lemon & Elderflower Celebration Cake for a very Special 90th birthday 🥂🌸

So these are not my best photos as I was more concerned about making the delivery on time for this order. A shame, as the lighting whilst packing the cake wasn't great and doesn't do it any justice 😕 Anyway, most importantly, the lady that ordered the cake and her partner was delighted with it and sent me the most beautiful message! This is what makes it all worthwhile 🙏🙂
