Mini focaccia (often called focaccine) is a single-serve version of this classic Italian flatbread. It has a slightly crispy, rapeseed oil and sea salt crust and a light, airy, pillow-soft interior.

Please note that I cannot currently do sourdough, keto or low GI / carb breads.

It is not feasible for me to do a shop on Fore Street just yet either, as this business is designed to grow with my child. As they get older and need me less, who knows what will happen...watch this space!
