We are looking for a Baker to join our team in creating and baking all our amazing breads from sourdoughs to ciabattas.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparation & Baking
• Quality Control
• Kitchen Management
• Inventory & Stock
• Food Safety

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Baking Expertise: A strong background in baking, including specific experience with breads and pastries. (preferred)

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to recipes and ingredients to ensure consistent, high-quality products.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other team members to meet operational demands.

• Hygiene & Safety: Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and proper chemical handling (e.g., COSHH).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: hourly base a upon experience
