-Sweet & salty > plain sweet
-Always butter, never margarine
-Flavour is more important than appearance
-It's better to not know the calories in a cookie 🫣
-Brown butter improves almost every cookie
-Chocolate chip isn't the best cookie flavour

This weekend we're at the Chilli & Cheese Festival in Christchurch (1 of 3 of these we're attending!)

There will be many of our signature flavours as well as a couple of potentially crazy new flavours..

On the theme of chilli...

🌶Gochujang & Caramel

Sweet, salty and slightly spicy. Packed with caramel pieces and finished with a savoury gochujang kick.

On the theme of an alternative cracker to pair with your cheese..

🧈🧀 Salted White Chocolate Cracker

A buttery cookie with creamy white chocolate chunks, crunchy Ritz crackers, finished with flaky sea salt

If you can't tell already, I'm obsessed with anything sweet & salty 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm excited to see what people think and if I can find some sweet & salty lovers!

make some oatmeal raisin banana bread cookies with me 🥣🍪🍌🍞

Mash that banana
Butter + sugar
Flour + cinnamon + ginger + salt + Bicarb
Oats + raisins
Banana + vanilla

This cookie is a special for April and May but I'm tempted for it to be more permanent because it is banging!

I wouldn't normally choose an oatmeal raisin cookie but I would choose this one 💯

It's soft, chewy around the edges, cinnamony with a background of banana bread.
