An elaborate 40th Birthday cake, chocolate, vanilla and red velvet. The colours and flavours are the recipients favourites. A change from my normal style but very happy with the finished cake 😁🤎💛🧡

Today's cake for the fabulous Dave Brown . Fondant work in this heat is madness......the suitcase is a lemon on one side, a chocolate on the other side and the hat on top is vanilla. The pie is a rich fruit cake and the mash a vanilla cake base covered in white chocolate gnache, chocolate gravy and fondant mushy peas.
