Today's cake for the fabulous Dave Brown . Fondant work in this heat is madness......the suitcase is a lemon on one side, a chocolate on the other side and the hat on top is vanilla. The pie is a rich fruit cake and the mash a vanilla cake base covered in white chocolate gnache, chocolate gravy and fondant mushy peas.

What a lovely compliment it was to be asked to make this 60th wedding anniversary (diamond) for a fabulous couple. I made their cake for their 50th anniversary and they loved their cake so much they wanted me to make their 60th! Although I only make for friends and family now, I couldn't refuse this request ❤️👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨🥂🎉
