So I have finally done it after years of baking cakes I have registered with the council and got my 5star food hygiene rating and a level 2 food hygiene certificate. I have loved to bake for as long as I can remember but in the last 12 months I have been making more cakes for friends and family so I have decided to start my own business. All my cakes are made fresh from scratch, I am a firm believ

er in that the cake should taste as good as it looks. Coming Soon - I will in the next few weeks be setting up a website and maybe even chutney's which is something else I love to make.
