Join Our Team – Coffee House Team Member Wanted!
Location: Salcombe, Devon
Position: Part-Time
Experience: Cooking experience preferred, but full training provided
Are you friendly, reliable, and passionate about good food and great coffee? We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Member to join our team in the heart of beautiful traditional Salcombe.
Whether you have worked in hospitality before or are just starting out, if you have a “can do” attitude and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
* Serving customers with a smile and creating a relaxed, welcoming vibe
* Helping prepare Sandwiches, Smoothies and Shakes in a small kitchen
* Making hot drinks (barista experience a plus – training provided)
* Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
What we are looking for:
* A friendly and positive personality
* Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
* Some experience in a kitchen or café setting is ideal – but not essential
* A love for food, coffee, and coastal community life!
