Our regular monthly Artisan 👩‍🎨 Market returns to the County Town this coming Saturday 20th June 🤗

A great range of local producers will be attending and we will also have some live music 🎶 .. as the county Fleadh is also taking place over the market weekend and we have a selection of trad musicians coming play 🤗👏☘️🎻

Come and enjoy what should be a wonderful market in our county town 😎🎶

In just 4 short months of running Saintfield Bakes I have used:

26kg Flour
14l Milk
10kg Condensed Milk
8.3 kg butter
6.5kg Galaxy chocolate
3.6kg Rice Krispies
3.2kg Digestive Biscuits
3kg Caster sugar
2.9kg Mars Bars
2.6kg Marshmallows

…and that isn't even a fifth of the ingredients I use!

Everything is handmade in small batches by me personally and since day one I've focused on keeping my bakes affordable while still using quality ingredients. I love giving that homemade feel you might not find elsewhere. (I.e. sometimes your mars bar bun will be bigger than others 💀)

I launched with just 8 items on the menu in February. Thanks to your support, that has now grown to 15 products that are available to order throughout the week.

What started as a hobby is beginning to feel like something much bigger, I genuinely did not expect the level of demand I've had and I'm so bloody thankful to every single person who has ordered or purchased, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or stopped by for a chat.

To help cover increasing ingredient costs and ensure Saintfield Bakes can continue to grow sustainably, there will be a small price increase across the menu from 1st July. Some items have already been adjusted earlier this year and won't be affected by this change

All current prices will remain in place until then, and I'll still be offering great value alongside the homemade quality you've come to expect.
