The Baked Banana is 1!!!!

I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I took the plunge and opened The Baked Banana.

I never knew one little idea could turn into
something so great.

To everyone I have met at markets/pop ups and events, to the coffee shops/ restaurants that support me and my bakes and to every single one of you that have bought my little banana treats…THANK YOU!!!

It’s because of you, that I have been able to grow my business and make great plans for the future!

So to give something back I will be running a competition to win a Family & Friends sharing Banana & Vanilla Tray Bake with your choice of toppings!

The Very Popular Banoffee Pies!

One of my best sellers at Markets & Events.

I’ve tweaked the recipe over the last few months and I think I’ve finally nailed it!

Banana sponge, Vanilla Buttercream, Caramel Sauce, Toffee Crumb & Fudge pieces.

These will be at all 4 locations that I’m popping up this weekend…don’t miss out!

I’ve always wanted to offer drinks with my bakes but didn’t have the space for a coffee machine/smoothie maker etc on my stand.
So after some thought and lots of research I have selected these canned drinks for you to purchase!

Grind Iced Latte
Grind Iced Caramel Latte
Riviera Peach Iced Tea
Riviera Raspberry & Mint Iced Tea
Riviera Rhubarb & Ginger Iced Tea

They will be available at:
Battle Folk and Fable Festival festival 30/08
Bexhill 100 Festival 31/08

If they are a hit then they will be available in The Shack and at future markets!

There will be no Cake Shack this weekend (15/16th) as my labels for my printer (what I use for my ingredients labels) still haven’t arrived! So I can’t put my bakes out.

The Shack will also be closed the weekend of 22/23rd as I am away!

I will be out in full force from 28th-31st at different Pop Ups & Events…there will be a few bakes in The Cake Shack on the 29th!

Remember if you need a bake fix before then you can pre order…minimum of 4, free local delivery or collection.

I have decided to open the Shack either Saturday or Sunday through August then start opening an extra day in the week from September.

We Have A Newbie at The Baked Banana!

I thought it was time to try out Biscoff & Banana…and what a combination it is.

A few of these will be popping in The Cake Shack tomorrow and the rest will be making their way to Bexhill Carnival on Saturday!!

Be quick as I have a feeling they won’t stick around for long.
