It’s been a long time coming .

So we’ve been a little busy, not having time to do any bakes, but recently we made time .

Here we have our whole grain smile loaf.
Made with whole grain flour, honey instead of of sugar and a dash of peanut butter.

We were pleased with the result having left it in the over a little longer then wanted, the outside offers a slight crisp with a nice delightful goey sponge centre.
