Well, hello again... it's been a little while!

It's been a bit quiet around here lately, but what better way to make a return than with a wedding cake?
After taking some time away from baking, it felt so lovely to get back into the kitchen and create something special for such a beautiful occasion.
Today's creation was this elegant two tier wedding cake, finished with textured buttercream, delicate florals and a touch of rustic charm.
A huge congratulations to the happy couple and thank you for trusting me to play a little part in your special day.
Here's to getting back to doing something I love. 💕

So I've been quiet for a while as I've been moving house amongst other things but I'm back this week to make my favourite cake of the year.

My amazing Nephew turns a big 5 this week and of course it was my duty to create his party cake along eith cupcakes for his party bags. So here they are, a fiery Shadow creation for the Sonic made birthday boy! I hope you love it even a fraction of the amount I love you little man. 🖤❤️💙💛🔥
