Hot&Spicy Lamb Kebabs - lamb mince hand blended with chopped onion, chopped mint, green chilli, red chilli powder, mixed herbs, garam masala powder and salt to taste. For seekh kebab style we used the skewer sticks and cooked on medium flame turning sides occasionally until the meat was cooked and piping hot. You can also make them into Shami kebabs(flat kebab). Drizzle fresh lemon juice and serve it with some sliced onions and mint/coriander chutney.
