I bake with passion and heart, I always use the best ingredients possible. Fairtrade, organic, free range, my chocolate bill alone would scare some people. Unfortunately I have recently had an order placed and when it came to settling their bill I got an envelope with a note “sorry I can only afford £**”, the amount doesn’t even cover the cost of the ingredients I used. All future orders I will be asking for either payment in full or a minimum 50% deposit. This is not a decision I have taken lightly but I have to protect myself.
