Our Halloween Patisserie box is here 👻

It consists of 3 beautifully crafted desserts that are perfect for your other half, your nan (or just gift to yourself we don't judge!)

•Pumpkin and dulcey tart

Pumpkin and maple custard tart, Dulcey mousse, gingerbread cake, spiced oat crumble

•White Kinder Bueno mousse

Feuilletine and hazelnut praline base, white chocolate hazelnut mousse, hazelnut joconde, roasted hazelnut paste

•Black forest layered gateau

Chocolate genoise soaked in kirsch, mousseline cream, cherry jelly, mascarpone cremeux, sour cherry compote

The box price is £22 and you can collect from both Truro Farmers Market or The Food Barn - Tregew CIC on Saturday 31st of October. You can also collect from our garage bakery in St Austell on Saturday between 5-7pm.

✨ PLEASE READ✨

Dear customers,

After what has been the most incredible summer in our little business we are taking some time off for our honeymoon 🫶🏻

Please note that you will still be able to find the Magic Whisk at The Food Barn - Tregew CIC throughout the whole of October as normal. Swipe to find the menu which will be the menu from 10/10-24/10, normal menu this Saturday and last week of October. We also won't be taking any preorders while we are away but we will have plenty of pastries to go around 🫶🏻

We will be back trading at both markets on the 31st of October ( and Halloween Patisserie box of course 🎃)

Truro food festival starts Tomorrow!

✨PLEASE READ✨

This is our last last week trading in Truro before we head off to our honeymoon so we would love to see as many of you as possible 🫶🏻 We will trading from our pink van and we are located just opposite Primark ( our regular spot!). You will still be able to find us at Foodbarn Tregew throughout October!

We will be serving our usual selection plus it's the last time this year to grab one of our artisan soft serve ice creams 🍦

The trading hours slightly differ each day so please look at the times before visiting ✨

Please note that we won't be taking any preorders for Truro or the Foodbarn this weekend as it's simply impossible with the amount of people that will be there we hope you understand x

You can still pre-order for Saturday pick up in St Austell ✨

Well Penzance food festival you have done it again. Thank you to Oona, Barney and Harry for organizing such a beautiful event. We have never baked so much and you still wiped us out Penzance! Thank you to our neighbors my My Mum Makes , Wok 'N' Roll and Two Lads Kitchen for keeping us so well fed.

Thank you to Amelia and Nicole, we couldn't ask for two better people to help us out this weekend, my mum for washing up our endless containers every night!

Thank you to our customers old and new, we are so grateful for every purchase, thank you for supporting our little bakery ✨

We are back this Saturday and we are back with one of your favorites ✨

Ferrero Rocher mousse✨

•Gianduja mousse
•Crispy feuilletine hazelnut base
•Whipped hazelnut praline ganache
•Roasted hazelnuts
•Milk chocolate and hazelnut dip

If you don't know what gianduja is (well you are welcome), it's basically an Italian hazelnut chocolate, think Nutella but set and actually top quality!

Available this Saturday at Truro Farmers Market The Food Barn - Tregew CIC and Penzance food festival! Please note that you can only preorder for Truro and St Austell pick up this week. No preorder for the festival or Tregew, however we will be well stocked everywhere ✨
