Our Father's day Patisserie box is here ✨

It consists of 3 beautifully crafted desserts that are perfect for your dad, the cat or dog dads in your life (or just gift to yourself we don't judge!)

•Sticky toffee Paris Brest

Crispy choux, Salted vanilla caramel, mascarpone cremeux, toffee date cake

•Gianduja and orange dome

Hazelnut sable base, gianduja hazelnut mousse, mandarin pate de fruit jam, joconde sponge soaked in grand marnier syrup, dipped in a crispy milk chocolate dip

•Apple tatin frangipane tart

Caramel apple dome, creme mousseline, brown sugar frangipane in a vanilla sable tart shell.

The box price is £24 and you can collect from both Truro Farmers Market or The Food Barn - Tregew CIC on Saturday 20th of June. You can also collect from our garage bakery in St Austell on Saturday from 5pm-6:30pm.

Rhubarb, custard and frangipane tart ✨

•Brown sugar frangipane in a crispy sable tart shell
•Roasted rhubarb
•Whipped custard
•Rhubarb & vanilla compote

As rhubarb season is coming to an end this is the last time we will be using it this year ( so make sure you get your hands on some 👀)

I am still in tears while writing this. Our hearts are full and I still think this is all a dream ❤️

THANK YOU for showing up to support our little bakery every week, we truly can't believe the love that myself and Bruno has recieved since day one

It also didn't feel right to recieve all of this support and kindness and not giving something back so we decided to donate £270 from our takings on Saturday to Cornwall Hospice 🌹

Garage bakery sale st Austell ⚠️

Tonight 4pm-6pm

I am so sorry but as we speak I have over 120 messages and as I write this I am still at the foodbarn. I have tried to reply to everyone but there is just too many ☹️

We are completely heartbroken about royal Cornwall show but we want to try and shift some of the stock. The van hatch will be open from 4pm-6pm strict the rest will go to the shelter!
( We are giving some to the shelter anyway!)

The donuts are very much discounted but you can also buy from the rest of our menu ( see post) !

No reservations please ( we have around 110 donuts ) and plenty of everything else first come first served!

Please share if you can it will still be our smiley shelves serving you we don't get things like that get to us ( not too much anyway ❤️)

If you don't know what gianduja is ( well you are welcome), it's basically an Italian hazelnut chocolate, think Nutella but set and actually top quality!
