This cake was a truly special one for me, created for my lovely neighbours—such a kind and wonderful couple.

They had a beautiful vision for their day, with thoughtfully chosen colours and a design that was meant to make a real statement.

Each tier was crafted with extended heights, paired with green iced separators and a gold-painted plinth, all brought together with an arrangement of handmade sugar flowers.

It was such a joy to be part of something so meaningful. Wishing you both a lifetime filled with love and happiness.

Today’s cake made its way to the beautiful Scorrier House for the wedding of S & M.

They chose a gorgeous ganache-coated design with softly lifted top edges, finished with hand-painted gold detail. It was all brought together with a lovely mix of foliage and flowers, which looked so pretty against the cake.

A heartfelt congratulations to T&E, who celebrated their special day today at Chycara Wedding Venue

Tartan played a central role in the day’s styling, so it was only fitting to incorporate it into the cake design. The cake was finished with handcrafted sugar flowers.

This cake holds particular significance for me, as it was created for my beautiful cousin and her husband following their wedding abroad, now celebrating with family during their visit to Cornwall.

The design features layers of honey sponge, complemented by peach jam and vanilla buttercream, finished with a ganache coating.

Today’s lovely couple requested a design that subtly reflected the bride’s French heritage, which we incorporated through the elegant use of the French flag’s colours. Delicate rice paper sails flow across each tier, creating a refined and contemporary look.
