The first of yesterday’s cakes featured a scalloped ganache finish, elegantly decorated with fresh florals. It was set within a stunning marquee, offering breathtaking views across the sea.

A sincere thank you to my wonderful friend Claire at for assisting with delivery. I’m incredibly grateful to be supported by such a fantastic network of industry friends.

A new venue for me today at in Harlyn Bay — and what a stunning location. I absolutely loved the cosy atmosphere, complemented by truly beautiful surroundings.

V & J opted for a two-tier cake adorned with natural décor, perfectly paired with a selection of matching vegan cupcakes.

When I was asked by D&D to create a black cake, I was delighted to accept.

The design complemented their styling perfectly, showcasing a crisp and refined monochrome aesthetic. The cake featured a smooth black fondant finish, elegantly adorned with handcrafted sugar flowers.

What a joy it was to be back at beautiful for the wedding of J&I

This cake was designed with flavour at the forefront—a tiramisu-inspired creation featuring alternating layers of coffee and vanilla sponge. The coffee sponge was delicately soaked in a rich coffee syrup, while the vanilla layers were infused with Marsala wine. It was filled and finished with a smooth vanilla meringue buttercream, and topped with charming knitted frog decorations.

Yesterday’s cake was delivered to which provided the perfect surroundings for an evening wedding celebration, with far reaching views to enjoy.

This very special cake was a pleasure to make and stood proudly on the dance floor during the wonderful speeches.
