Lindt have now added a 100% bar to their Excellence Range so now have 6 bars ranging from 70% through to 100%. I wonder how much difference there is between the 99% and 100% - feel a taste test coming on. Can you taste the difference?

Nearly time for the best end to the Summer. The 3 Brewers Music Festival is coming, Sat 5th September. The line up of bands, beers and food is amazing and we can’t wait to see you there.

Not long to go til back to school, so I’m getting my head back into lunchbox bakes and home-made after school treats ( which clearly won’t last for long!) Here’s a few of our favourites and if you think your kids would like to make some of their own, how about joining me for my back to school baking workshop.

It’s great to bake memories in the kitchen, either by baking together with friends and family or nurturing others in workshops. There are so many reasons to bake and not just birthdays - GCSE results today and A levels last week and any other life moment or little just because moment….what will your next bake be?

More of the latest viral trends - I’ve chosen sweet ones only- and actually some of these might be worth a go. Sandwiching a magnum ( or similar choc covered ice cream) into a warmed croissant could be amazing and a croissant waffle combo definitely has legs too.
Curious about the purple ones? This is Ube ( said oo-beh) a yam native to the Philippines touted as the next matcha. Do love the colour…..

Such a fun workshop. We created Chocky Road Bars, our own chocolate bars and tried out some cool techniques with bubble wrap and feathering. A lovely group and some amazing creations.

If you're out and about over the Summer, here's some new chocolate bar launches to look out for.....
A Brownie flavoured sharing Kit Kat, obviously not as good as an actual Brownie, but I'm intrigued...
Or if you're a Galaxy chocolate fan there are 2 new flavours to choose from. Which would you choose?
Cinnamon Swirl gets my vote.....
