Thanks for a an indulgent afternoon immersed in the world of craft chocolate and b**r. So many amazing chocolatiers with great stories to tell and sharing their passion and flavours. So hard to pick a favourite we bought enough bars to last for months! Looking forward to next year’s fair already.

Here’s the next most asked question for Beyond the Bowl. Does it really matter if the oven isn’t pre-heated?
The short answer is yes! The heat works magic so it does make a difference to your bakes if you put them in a cold oven.

Welcome to October, it now feels like Christmas can be talked about and seasonal baking really kicks off with all the flavours and smell of warms spices, apples and toffee for starters.
There are loads of workshops this month so if you fancy joining me or sending your kids along so you have the bakes but not the mess, the link is in the bio.

Is there no stopping the spread of Biscoff? It's latest link is with Toblerone launching Toblerone Biscoff Truffles in time for Christmas.
Toblerone have also just announced that Pink Crush - a pink coloured white chocolate bar flavoured with strawberry and raspberry powder - is moving from limited edition to full time bar in the range. Perhaps a green pistachio one will be next?
