Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re urgently looking for someone to step in and drive Penelope for the next two weeks!

We’re looking for someone who can start immediately and is available Monday–Friday, 2pm–9pm, until 28th October.

You must be 21+ and hold a full UK driving licence.

Our Redbourn bakery is where it all starts. Our bakers are in early each morning making sourdough, pastries, sweet and savoury bakes, sandwich buns and seasonal specials for the counters.

✨ We have an exciting opportunity to join us and run our deli at Smallford Farm Shop ✨

You’ll be working closely alongside the Smallford Farm Shop and Hatch teams, so while you’ll be confident running the deli independently, you’ll still be part of a wider team day to day.

We’re looking for experienced, reliable people who are confident working independently and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a small retail unit.
You’ll be serving customers, keeping the deli stocked and looking good, managing daily tasks and making sure everything runs smoothly.

YOU’LL NEED:
• Previous supervisor, team leader or management experience
• A full clean driving licence
• Confidence working independently
• Availability for full-day shifts
• To start and finish each shift at our Redbourn bakery
• To be 23+ for van insurance purposes

HOURS & SHIFTS:
The deli is open 9am–4pm, with shifts approximately 8am–5pm to allow for collecting stock from Redbourn, setup and close-down.
We’re looking for people who can commit to either weekday shifts (4–5 days) or weekend shifts (2–3 days), working full shifts on a regular basis.
