Get ready for Easter with my Mini Egg Nest Cupcakes. I’ve taken my signature rich chocolate sponge, topped it with a swirl of silky chocolate "nest" buttercream, and finished it off with everyone’s favorite speckled mini eggs.

There is nothing quite like the snap of real chocolate followed by the pull of homemade caramel. I spend hours over the stove getting our caramel to that perfect golden consistency so you don't have to!
Our Millionaire Shortbread features:

🍞 A thick, buttery shortbread base.

🍯 My signature small batch homemade caramel.

🍫 Silky marbled chocolate topping.

This cake was extra special for me because it marks a few firsts:

I had so much fun creating this garden themed cake! From the buttercream “grass” to the tiny pastel flowers and the little stone path winding through the top, this design was such a joy to bring to life. It felt like decorating a miniature spring garden, except this one is completely edible! 💐✨
