Well the time has come for me to hang up my apron.
Yes, The Lazy Baker is becoming even lazier and I'm retiring shortly.
The bakery will continue though with Jack and Kian still baking the same great sourdough bread, just not under the Lazy Bakery name (in truth they've been doing most of it for the last year anyway!).
I will be continuing to bake off and on for the next couple of weeks and then I'll be off to foreign climes.
I hope you'll continue to support the guys, I know the business is in safe hands with them.
Finally I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone for their friendship, their custom and the laughs and jokes we've shared over the years. Hopefully I'll see some of you before I leave.
