Today I got to use all the crazy ideas in my head and put it on a plate! Being able to design and create my own work has been so enjoyable and it’s safe to say I totally smashed this exam even though I wasn’t 100% happy with the finished products.

Here we have the most punchy rum and coke chocolates with such an amazing shine on them 😍And a silky Cappuccino fudge all made for my exam today with fantastic feedback that was enjoyed so much my tutor took a few extras to take to the other staff on the course 👌🏻 safe to say I smashed this exam with full marks for my flavours. Still room for plenty of improvement but overall I’m happy and I’m looking forward to see what my result will be

Between the crosses, row on row,

Visiting Flanders fields and Ypres for the last post was a very emotional and amazing day for me and it’s something that will stay with me forever. In 2017 I took 30 Harley riders for a long weekend in Belgium and it was fantastic. We had an amazing guy from Harley Davidson West Flanders who toured us around the fields and cemetery and had the most amazing knowledge of history. I’ll never forget that day or that amazing man.

Well from one disaster to another I still managed to get this baby to the NEC and for my first attempt in the competition I won a Merit Award at Cake International (and yes it did totally break in the car and had to be fixed at the venue 🤦‍♀️ )
