😣PINTEREST is a dangerous place for creative minds 😂😂😂

However it does help us as bakers to expand our skills and expertise ❤️❤️

Below are some amazing creations by some bakers I follow, that are very inspirational and got me thinking 🤔

⭐️ INTRODUCING a one off special 😳 only valid on new bookings, placed between now and Sunday with date retainers paid 😍

Chose any type of cake from the below styles (colours,themes etc can be changed) and we will do them for a knock down of our usual costs.

TO BE CLEAR, we are not copying these artists work, but creating a unique bespoke cake for you with the images below as an inspiration, like we do with ALL our orders 🎂

We have never 👎 copied another’s work and don’t intend to start 🤩🤩

So to give you a rough idea,

⭐️Printed and heavily piped pastel cake, tall 6” caters upto 30. Usual price £150 book now and get it for £100
⭐️Stairs to new age usual price to cater 20 £165 in fondant now £135
⭐️ 3 tier side on cake (would love ❤️ to do a wedding cake like this) should be over £400 catering 80-100, bargain at £295
⭐️ Multiple minis (themed or would love to do a rainbow of flavours) typically £30 a mini, order more than 4 and get them for £25 each.
⭐️Rectangle cakes, these are such a lovely new trend taking over the cake world, catering from 20 upwards they are awesome for something different and customisable for celebrations, weddings the works 🥳 usually start from £125 however will start from £100
⭐️ OMG I’m in love with Jellycat cakes and other than replicas of the Strawberry Victoria sponge we havn’t done any others 😔 SOOOO any two tier Jellycat cakes, usually staring at £150 will start at £125.
⭐️ We have already done an upright arch cake and enjoyed the novelty of a shape, but I would love to do another, either upright or laying down with a balloon style arch with message, name, or age etc and character or picture. Catering approximatly 20, usually £135, will £115 😳
⭐️ Cupcake stack, this depends on how many cupcakes you would like, and decor but will start with 12. We can also do brownies. These will have a reduction of £15 off the normal cost.

Lots to see and do, for those that rule the roost and the humans that are allowed to stay living under the roof 😂😂😂

Please come along, any amount donated makes such a difference to these lovely dogs. Our Pree was once a Pawprints pooch and without the love and support of this fantastic charity, she wouldn’t be here.

🎉🥳 CONGRATULATIONS 🥳🎉

To 007 Agents Avie & Aston who had an amazing wedding on the 17th of April at the lovely alvestonmanorspa in Stratford upon Avon.

With the day and decor themed around James Bond it was very fitting to design the cake based around the colours Black and gold.

The couple chose a combination of flavours for their cakes, as they were being served the alongside chocolate chip brownies and lemon shortbread as part of the evening buffet.
😋The top tier was made up of a coconut sponge with a homemade mango and passionfruit curd and coconut ganache, it was finished in buttercream and toasted gold dusted coconut.
😋 The second tier was our favourite lemon sponge with blueberry conserve, lemon curd and lemon buttercream
😋 The third tier was our signature Salted Caramel sponge with a rich homemade salted caramel and salted caramel buttercream.
😋Lastly we have the roulette wheel made of a Jamaican black rum cake and the tuxedo made from a traditional rich fruit cake generously fed with brandy.

❤️ S W E E T ⭐️ 1 6 ❤️

I loved making this cake, the vibrancy of the hot pink and the sparkly glitter (which doesn’t show up well in the pictures) was so pretty 😍

Made up of our rich chocolate cake, teamed with kinder buttercream, Nutella and chopped beunos, a celebration of flavours and textures for the mouth 😋

The toppers were made by the awesome createdbyaclish.personalised who is also based in Rugby and not only does toppers but some amazing personalised items, please check out her page 👍🏽

Some people do a messy bedroom cake as a bed on a board with ‘mess’! However here at KKHQ we like to really bring their room into the finished product. We include pictures on the wall, windows blinds etc along with mess that really captures the recipient, in this case a grey bean bag, a basketball, a personalised bag, pizza box , desk, Reese’s packets and specific clothing items 🤩 This was all designed around our delicious raspberry and white chocolate cake with raspberry conserve and white chocolate buttercream. Stunning to look at and delicious to eat.

It’s the Boss’ Birthday today! 😃 I won’t divulge her age as she’d actually kill me 🤣🤣 But she’s taking some much deserved time out for the weekend and she’ll be back on it Monday 😃
