Brownies but make them healthy and packed lunch safe.

It’s basically cocoa baked porridge topped with 70% dark chocolate and tiny bit of white chocolate ( optional)

I did get the thumbs up from the kiddos, can be made in large wuantibiyes and if you don’t have a large brood like I do 🤭, freeze and have ready in your freezer.

🥭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨, 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞
dipped in white chocolate and topped with dried raspberries.

Last variety for this week, freezer is stocked up with healthier lollies, ready for the warmer weather.

These lollies are mainly made of whole ingredients, and no ultra processed additives.

Always make sure you buy a high quality chocolate.

I wanted to share this amazing review of the Parent & Child Sourdough workshop.

I did shed a tear when I read it. This page, all my food, recipes and desire to share what I have learnt along the way is very personal to me! And it makes me so happy to share my love and knowledge with as many people and children and possible in the hope of helping them live a healthier, happier and exciting ( culinary speaking) life.

Can’t stop, won’t stop 🤣 I’m getting ready for the warmer days by stock piling healthier treats made with wholesome ingredients.

I tweaked the original recipe for the Pistachio, Cashee and Walnut Lollies to make it higher protein, lower calorie and higher fibre.

Still delicious.

Tomorrow I’m moving on to fruits based ones 🌱
