Coxinha (Brazilian Chicken Croquettes)

Our newest addition to the menu is the famous Coxinha that comes in packs of 10 units. They are delivered frozen for our customers to deep fry them. The coxinhas shall be stored in the freezer.

Preparation:
1. Remove coxinhas from freezer approx. 3 hours before preparation
2. Heat up sunflower oil between 160 to 180 °C
3. Add the coxinhas and leave them for approx. 5 minutes. You may stir after 2.5 minutes to fry evenly
4. Take them out and leave them drying on paper-towel-covered bowl
5. Once they cool down for a few minutes, they are ready to eat.

Note: you may test if oil is ready with a match in the oil, and once it fire up, the oil is ready. But ideally you should have a deep fry thermometer

Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)

Our newest addition to the menu is the famous Pão de Queijo that comes in packs of 10 units. They are delivered frozen for our customers to bake them.

Preparation:
1. Pre-heat oven at 200 °C (without fan) for approx. 5 minutes
2. Add the frozen Pão de Queijo (directly from frozen to oven)
3. Leave it for approx. 30 minutes
4. Ready to serve and enjoy
