Here, finally.. I gave up choosing the prettiest one.

Beautiful order which was made with soooo much love and attention - the cake for christening. I am very grateful for picking me to make the cake🤍

Top tier - lemon cake:

Bottom layer - pistachio-raspberry cake:

Educational post. Based on real events.

While participating in Winter Chocolate Marker I realized one unpleasant fact - most people don’t know what macarons are made of. A lady and her mom were passing my stall when the mom decided to have a closer look. Her daughter pulled her sharply with words “noo, they add gelatin and flavorings..”.

I get it - there are as many recipes as the bakers who make them. Each of us adds different ingredients and additives to make macarons stable and delicious.

I don’t answer for others, but I can make sure everyone knows what my macarons are made of.

4 main ingredients - almonds, sugar, chocolate and heavy cream!!! Nothing more! And then natural additional ingredients to make different flavors - 100% pistachio butter, peanut butter, oreo biscuits, lemon zest, fruit/berry purée etc..

There’s no gelatin, cocoa butter, margarine, stabilizers whatsoever. Very simple and made from scratch☺️
If you want something natural and homemade - be my guest!

BTW this photo has no filters.. macarons look artificial but the only filter used is sunshine🥰
