Cake for a personal family occasion so excuse the candles and the pampas grass that had just started to catch fire🤣

3 layer chocolate cake with a kinder buttercream filling, crumb coated with a white chocolate ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream🩵🤤

First time testing out white chocolate ganache for a crumb coat as opposed to standard buttercream & worked a dream! So for any future cake orders if you would like your cake to be layered with a ganache underneath the buttercream topcoat do let me know!

Would highly reccomend!🫶🏼

VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE simple but adorable 3 layer chocolate cake for a Christening🥺☁️✨

If you’re worried about your cake being crumbly or dry with a gluten intolerance, do not worry! Gluten free cakes include xanthan gum- a completely natural product, used to improve the texture and shelf life of the cake (so it stays fresher for longer!). It mimics gluten in terms of keeping the cake moist and the texture soft.

With this cake also being vegan, the flavour of the cake will taste slightly richer. But I’m honestly obsessed with this combination! So for anyone wanting a cake to suit a certain intolerance, get your orders in!🤍
