Haven’t posted anything for a while so i thought I’d share a cake I make a couple years ago for a very special ladies 80th birthday.
A simple Victoria spounge, with strawberry jam in the centre (she didn’t so chocolate cake), nice fresh fruit on the top and of course had to add her favourite chocolates to the top 🫐🍓
I loved doing this cake for one of the most amazing people in my life!, my gorgeous nan❤️
I’m glad I got the opportunity to make such a lovely cake for such a great women who I I know is always with me🕊️
