Banana and choc cake
Full gluten free selection
It’s bread day but last week I had more left than I sold so selection will be reduced.

Finally got round to doing some gluten free baking today. I’ve made :-
Paradise slices
Rasp and coconut slices
Raspberry and almond slices
Almond slices
Millionaire slices
Brownies which are also dairy free
Mixed fruit flapjack which are also dairy free
So fresh for the next two days then available from the freezer.

Afternoon folks Hope everyone is well.
Just a few things this week

1) I’m short staffed again this means some items might not be available.
Reduced sandwich and salad selection sorry !

2) I’ve more pies in the freezer than what Greggs have in there’s. So fresh selection is very small ( but plenty of frozen)

Plenty in the hot counter. Plenty on the cake counter. Scotch eggs and quiches while stocks last

So you just never know how many customers will make a visit to the bakery, you just have to take one day at a time. Last Saturday I gave more bread away than I sold and on Thursday I had more left than I sold, so tomorrow I’m reducing the bread I make.

We will have a full cake counter. Full hot counter, we have family size pies left and whole cakes which is rare on a Saturday.

Ice cream freezer fully stocked after a disaster on the Thursday when someone didn’t close the door properly and I walked into the floor covered in ice cream ( not a good start to the day)

Crisps are always fully stocked.

We will have a small selection of sandwiches available xx

Remember we only open at 10.00 on a Saturday xx

Sorry folks if you turned up after 2 I was on my own and couldn’t both serve and bake so I had to close up, but if you was lucky enough to come after 3 we did open up again when Bobbi returned xx

Anyway back to normal tomorrow open 9.00-3.30

Filled bagels, Ciabatta and focaccia will be on the counter tomorrow usually ready 10.30/11.00

Two new salad boxes this week.
1) pesto pasta with feta, mixed salad, potato salad, corn, grated carrots hummus all on a bed of rocket leaves
2) olives. Mixed salad Italian meats mozzarella pesto and roasted peppers all in a bed of rocket leaves x
