Finally made some chilli jam. 3 1/2 kg of tomatoes went into making this chilli jam and only got 13 1/2 jars. On the shelves from tomorrow.

Evening folks. How are you ???
Tuesday bake day (but unfortunately still short staffed)
Tomorrow’s counter will contain a good variety of slices.

Quiche. Scotch eggs. Sausage rolls. Pies. Pasty’s.

Plenty of large steak/chicken family pies.
No fresh mince beef but plenty of frozen xx

As always a full choice of Fiddlers lancashire crisps xx

No granola sorry but try and get some done xx

So the last few years I kept promising to make some piccalilli for summer and not just winter. Well today I finally made some, the only thing is you’re still going to have to wait as it needs time to mature ( sorry) just a teaser post. So 5 weeks from now it will be on the shelves so keep an eye out. Hopefully as well this week I’m making chilli jam and next week will try and get the sweet chilli sauce done.
