Well that was a hot one today but despite the heat my ovens were on and we had a good baking day. Freshly made for tomorrow lemon squares. Tiffin. Bakewell blondies. Cornflake topped brownies. Rufford rascals. Raspberry buns plus lots more.

It’s bread day so pop in and grab yourself a fresh loaf.

New York style bagels.
Italian style focaccia
Chicken ciabatta

Plenty of choice of granola

Evening all. A little cooler in the bakery today with a nice breeze blowing through.

Freshly made for tomorrow lemon squares. Rasp and coconut. Cookie pie. Plus lots more.

The ice cream freezer as been filled up

I’ve had a few questions about our honey recently, so I have two apiary’s one at the back of my house and one down the farm track. I have two sizes of jars. I’ve got a soft set honey and for now a runny honey, the honey is straight from the hive and into a spinner then sieved and stored nothing added nothing taken away. Just how it should be xx

It’s bread day tomorrow so why don’t you grab a loaf and some honey and have it on toast xx

Afternoon folks. Did you get any thunder where you live today. Rufford got a few rumblers, I was awaiting the store but nothing happened.

Well it’s bake day Tuesday and that means a couple of things.
1. yes it’s bake day
2. We are open tomorrow with a full counter

We will have a full cake counter.

Full selection of pies. Sausage rolls. Pasty’s.

Quiche. Scotch eggs. Sandwiches.

I’ve made a fresh batch of plum jam with the plums kindly donated by fran xx

As always a full selection of Fiddlers lancashire crisps. Did you know we sell them by the box too !!

So why not make a trip tomorrow to see what we are all about xx
