Bailey’s Chocolate Tart 🍫🥃
I don’t just do cupcakes and cakes, tarts and cheesecakes are also a favourite of mine!😌
My other half and I had lots of fun baking this together on Christmas Eve (& we are still together afterwards !)🤣
This is made with a chocolatey biscuit base, a baileys and double chocolate ganache centre. Topped off with homemade baileys cream and grated chocolate 😍
This made a great alternative for those who aren’t fans of Christmas pudding, and went down a treat with the family! So much so it’s already been requested for next year..👀Let me know if you want to put your name down for one!

Merry Christmas 🎄
What better way to celebrate Christmas than with my very first Christmas cake! My first time covering a cake with fondant too, so overall extremely pleased with how it has turned out🥰
I hope everyone is able to celebrate in some way with their loved ones, although slightly different to what we had all hoped and wished for this year. Hoping 2021 will be a better year for us all❤️

Sticky Toffee Cake 🍰
Sticky toffee cake made with puréed Medjool dates, homemade toffee sauce & toffee buttercream 😍
I had given myself a challenge this morning with this cake. Not only is it my first ever go at a layered cake, but I also only had 4 hours to bake it & decorate it🙈
Its my fiancé’s birthday today, when he left for work at 5am, instead of me going to work (like he thought I was) I spent 4 hours in the kitchen making this😂
I’m so pleased with how this turned out for my first go! And Jamie absolutely loved the surprise too. It’s not perfect but a great opportunity to try something new 🥰

Hot chocolate Bombs🍫😍

Firstly I am so sorry for my absence on here the past few months!! Those of you that know me personally will know I’ve recently started a new job & am finishing off my post graduate studies all during this pandemic 😅 so it’s safe to say I have been busy!

For that reason I haven’t taken any more orders on since August. I would never sell anything I couldn’t put my full effort and attention in to. I hope you all can understand ❤️

My postgraduate course finishes in the new year so I am hoping to restart bookings then, but keep an eye on my page for updates! In the meantime I will be more active on here with some new tricks I am learning when I do get some spare time... like hot chocolate bombs! And maybe a cake or two..😏 I want to use this time to refine my skills & be back better than ever in January to fulfill all of your sweet treat needs 😍

Kinder bueno & Galaxy Cupcakes😍
Hazelnut sponge with Nutella buttercream and white kinder bueno on top for the Kinder Bueno cupcakes, Chocolate sponge with galaxy chocolate chunks, with Galaxy Buttercream and a Galaxy square on top. These are just chocolate heaven😍🍫
