The NECTA Hospitality Event is finally back, after being cancelled for the last 2 years.

The event is taking place on the 4th & 5th of May, at The Grand Hotel, Gosforth Park In Newcastle.

There will be live cookery competitions taking place, alongside sugarcraft, mixology, barista, floristry & service.

We would love for you to show your support and come along!

Christine Craig will be demonstrating on the
Wednesday afternoon too. This is not to be missed!

I’ve made a couple of short videos on how to make Easter animals for my lovely Friday morning cake decorating class and I thought I would share these with you all too!

Super easy, if you don’t have eggs then you can just use sugarpaste to make the bodies too.

I’m going to try and post more over the next few weeks so if there is anything you would like to see me make then just ask!
